I know what you mean.  We actually had to turn on the air conditioner again yesterday.  Thank goodness we got to turn it off today.

Have you seen the recipe for Pumpkin Mousse?  If you are interested, let me know.  A gal posted a recipe last year on the Texas Message Board and it was so good I even liked it.  And I am not a big fan of pumpkin.  Mary has made it several times.

I'd love to try the recipe if you have it handy......

Easy enough

PUMPKIN MOUSSE By Vivian Prouty

1 can solid pack pure pumpkin

1 small package Jello Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding

1/4 cup 1% lowfat milk

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 - 8 oz. Container Cool Whip (Sugar Free)

Beat pumpkin, pudding, milk, and cinnamon. Fold in Cool Whip till throughly blended. Cover and chill.

Good morning George & all. The workers are here to cut more trees. It is starting to look odd around here. We too the quads out to the back & I got stuck twice! I never realized how much 20 acres is! WE are seeing the maples that were hidden by the pines now. Well it's payday so I hope to go shopping today. It's raining again so I can't play outside.

Good Morning George and everyone! Happy Friday and for me it's Pay day Friday Wwhhhoooooo!!

I'm dressed up today, I have on my 50 poodle outfit with saddle shoes and my hair is in pigtails along with bright red lipstick...found a cute black sweater to wear with it with 3/4 sleeves and it's got little pearls on the end of the sleeves and down the front of the sweater and all around the end of the sweater...it really tops off the outfit for sure! Especially the saddle shoes.

I'm excited, today hubby is starting to remodel our kitchen. Monday we will have our Hickory Cabinets delivered, today he's redoing one side of the kitchen and drywalling. I'm one lucky gal, this man can do everything. Sore!!

When we remodeled our kitchen back about 16 years ago, my wife suprised everyone.  She had the dishwasher taken out.  She also gave them instructions on how to build a European cabinet over the sink that drained into the sink.  That is where you put the dishes after you wash them.

Well I got home last night to find hubby vacuuming up the rest of the leaves.  The trees are almost bare so there shouldn't be much more to clean up.
Brought Pumpkin Bread with cream cheese in to work this morning.  Everybody is raving about it.
Work is kind of slow.  My boss has been sick so I have time to come on early today.  I usually don't get to post until late afternoon.
I'm going to call the grands tomorrow and see how they liked their Halloween package I sent.
I need to tackle learning my Cricut machine this weekend.  I will have a full house on Thanksgiving.  Hubby's family at noon.  My family at 5:00 p.m.  Will really need to keep up with the dishes that day.
I did well with my eating yesterday.  No train wrecks and lots of protein.  Just have to get some exercise today.

My wife has been using her Cricut and anything else she can get her hands on.  So far she has made over 300 Christmas cards for us to get out.  I dread the thought of postage.
